Annual General Meeting
Charlton Raceway Inc Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, June 16th, 2008 starting at 7pm at Garden City Tyres Plus, Cnr Neil & Thomas Streets, Toowoomba.
Nominations are to be in the hands of the secretary by May 31, 2008 and will be posted here after that date.

Charlton Juniors
Attention all juniors:
Don't think that you have to scrap your 4 cylinder car and build a 6 cylinder.
4 cylinder cars are still eligible. Depending on numbers we may run a 4 cylinder division and a 6
cylinder division. So even if you don't win outright you may win your division. Some of the more
experienced drivers have decided to make the move to a 6 cylinder however it is recommended that all
new drivers start in a 4 cylinder.

VERY IMPORTANT - Street Sedans & Charlton Juniors
News from drivers meeting 15/01/08.
A motion was put forward to make One Way Communicators compulsory for Street Sedans and Charlton
Juniors from race meeting 16 Feburary 2008. This was seconded and voted for by all in attendance.

It is recommended to be in the pit area at least a mininum of 1 hour before racing starts. Please check website for all information regarding times. This is for scrutineering,drivers briefing and track pack. Drivers not attending briefing will start rear of field. The gates are open early to things easy for everyone. Drivers briefing will be held a mininum of half an hour before first event.
Club Car Daylights
Anyone wanting club car daylights, please phone Darren Ciesolka after 4pm on 0428 582 524 to organise a time.
