Club Licence Fees
Season 2010/2011
Licence forms for the new season are starting to become available. The NASR forms can be downloaded directly from the www.nasr.com.au
website or click here.
Otherwise, they can be obtained through the club secretary, Leonie Burke on phone: 4630 7286.
NASR licences are available from 1st May through to 30th June 2011. Please note they are offering a discount
of $20 if the paperwork is received at NASR Head Office prior to September 15. Don't delay, get your paperwork
filled out early.
In line with the above as is normal the QSCA will issue Licences/Infringement Cards and Car Registrations for 2010/11 from 1st May 2010. Criteria for having a 14 month Licence/Infringement Card is that the person holds Insurance through to June 2011. Only NASR offers this 14 month opportunity to new persons.

A fast track fee of $50 can be applied to the QSCA fees if received by the Licencing Secretary within 14 days before the
registration/licence/infringement card is required.
If you wish to use a
medical submitted in the last 2 years on file at NASR Head Office, there is a $50 Medical Search Fee payable to NASR.
If your licence is required in less than 5 business days from the date of application received at NASR Head Office, there is
a $75 Fast Track Fee payable.

Juniors need to provide proof of age to NASR when submitting their licence forms. This can be a copy of a birth certificate, Student Card, Passport, or Proof of Age Card. Also, any driver using a copy of a medical will need proof of age. These are required once only and will be kept in NASR's database.
Club licence and insurance forms can be processed by submitting them the club secretary, either at the track on a race night, or by posting them to Charlton Raceway, PO Box 3182, Village Fair, Toowoomba Q 4350. Please note all driver's insurance forms must be accompanied by a photo and medical to enable them to be processed.
All paperwork needs to be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to racing so your NASR card is back to enable you to go on the track.
