Club Licence Fees
Season 2011/2012
Licence forms for the new season are available.
There are 3 parts to be completed: Charlton Raceway Club Membership,
Speedway Australia Licence & Insurance, QSCA Infringement Card & Car Registration.
1. Club Membership
The club membership forms can be downloaded
here.
Please contact the club Treasurer - Angella Peardon for payment of membership on 07 4638 8968.
Please also complete a Statement by Supplier form which can be downloaded here.
2. Speedway Australia Licence
NASR (National Association of Speedway Racing) is now
Speedway Australia.
They are offering a $10 discount if you apply for your licence online
here.

Please note that Speedway Australia licences now expire 12 months from the date of purchase, NOT 30th June 2012.
3. Car Registration
QSCA will issue Licences/Infringement Cards and Car Registrations.
The QSCA forms are

Please read the following explanation from the QSCA regarding completing these forms:
If the car is registered to John Smith (father or other person) the daylight
must be in the name of John Smith and an application for registration form needs to be
completed and signed by John Smith (including the Code of Conduct section).
If the car is to be driven Tony Smith (John's son or other person) there needs to be an application
for infringement card in Tony's name.
If the car is registered and driven by John Smith - only one form is required.
If there is two people involved - two forms are needed.
I will be sending the paperwork back for correction if it is received and is not correct - this will hold up
the registration and the issue of the infringement card.

If you wish to use a medical submitted in the last 2 years on file at Speedway Australia Head Office, there
is a $50 Medical Search Fee payable to Speedway Australia.
If your licence is required in less than 5 business days from the date of application received at Speedway Australia
Head Office, there is a $75 Fast Track Fee payable.

Juniors need to provide proof of age to Speedway Australia when submitting their licence forms. This can be a copy of a birth certificate, Student Card, Passport, or Proof of Age Card. Also, any driver using a copy of a medical will need proof of age. These are required once only and will be kept in Speedway Australia's database.
Club forms, licence and insurance forms can be processed by submitting them the club secretary, either at the track on a race night, or by posting them to Charlton Raceway, PO Box 3182, Village Fair, Toowoomba Q 4350. Please note all driver's insurance forms must be accompanied by a photo and medical to enable them to be processed.
All paperwork needs to be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to racing so your Speedway Australia card is back to enable you to go on the track.
