News from Driver's Meeting.

Div 1 and 2 juniors will continue to race on the track at the same time however they will have separate grid draws and Div 1 will start in front of Div 2. Points and trophies will continue to be awarded for both divisions so even if you come 5th on the track you may win your division.
Jenny Hynes is happy to continue to accept nominations and do the grid draw. A reminder that nominations close at 7.00pm the Sunday prior to the next race meeting. Nominations are by phone to 4634 2846 and if the phone is not answered a message can be left stating your name, car number and division. Once you nominate for the first race meeting of the season your nomination remains current unless you miss a race meeting in which case you must re nominate for the next meeting. If you know you are going to miss a race meeting you are advised to ring and cancel.
A number of juniors have indicated that they intend to step up to street sedans. This is good to see. There are also a number of super streets under construction.
There will be an information night at Garden City Tyres in the near future to encourage new members. If you know anyone who is interested in speedway, bring them along. Stay tuned for details.
